2.1 Pay-Per-Appointment Model
You are charged only when the AI successfully books an appointment for your business.
The pricing for each appointment will be determined based on the number of touchpoints (calls, messages, or interactions) required for the AI to convert the lead into a booked appointment.
2.2 Customized Pricing Ranges
Pricing varies from company to company, depending on the nature of the business, lead quality, and appointment-setting requirements.
A pricing range must be discussed, agreed upon, and signed off before Camie AI services can be activate.
3.1 Refundable Commitment Fee
A $1,000 refundable commitment fee is required to begin using Camie AI.
This fee ensures that clients actively utilize the software and provides us with a basis for effective onboarding and support.
3.2 Refund Policy
If, after one month of active usage, you are dissatisfied with the software or fail to see desired results, you may request a full refund of the $1,000 commitment fee.
Refunds will only be granted if you meet the recommended visitor input metrics, as discussed and agreed upon during onboarding.
Refund claims must be submitted within 14 days following the end of the first month of service.
To achieve optimal results, Camie AI requires a certain volume of visitor traffic or leads. These input metrics will be communicated to you during onboarding and must be adhered to for effective use of the software.
By using Camie AI, you agree to provide accurate lead information and access to necessary systems (e.g., CRM or scheduling tools) to facilitate appointment setting.
The AI’s performance depends on the quality of input data, and Camie AI will not be held responsible for poor results due to insufficient or inaccurate data provided by the client
6.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your contract with Camie AI at any time by providing written notice.
6.2 Refund Request Process
Refund requests for the commitment fee must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or your dedicated slack channel.
Claims made after the 14-day refund window will not be processed.
Camie AI will not be held liable for any loss of revenue, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from the use of the software. Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the services provided.
Camie AI reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the software constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
